Session 8: Rebuilding confidence after being targeted


Month 3 — Digital Wellness:
Session 9: How much is too much? Screen time and sleep science
Session 10: Social media FOMO and comparing yourself online
Session 11: Digital detox challenge — 48 hours and reflection
Session 12: My digital wellness plan — present to class
